HearHush account and data deletion

You can start a deletion request from this page or from Account → Delete account and data in the HearHush app.

What to include

Send the request from the email address associated with your HearHush account and include the words “account deletion.” We may ask you to verify ownership before acting on the request. Do not send your password.

What is deleted

• Your HearHush sign-in account and profile.
• Tinnitus assessments, calibration and hearing-check results.
• Mood and tinnitus-intensity check-ins, reports and programme progress.
• Favourites, listening history and personalised or generated sound records associated with the account.

Timing and limited retention

We process verified requests without undue delay and normally within 30 days. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Backup copies are removed through normal retention cycles and are not restored for ordinary use.
